Welcome to the website for Hartford City Wesleyan Church. If you have been here before, please check out the many additions recently added and now frequently updated (especially as it involves the new facility currently under construction). However, for those visiting this site for the first time, while you are indeed encouraged to look, listen, and consider, I also urge those who can to please make a personal visit to this "outpost." Founded in 1886, Hartford City Wesleyan has engaged itself in well over a century's worth of incredible history. Refusing to settle for mediocrity throughout those years, we remain unashamed in our stance that Jesus alone is the answer. And being spurred on by His love and transforming power, together, we "run with perseverance the race marked out for us" (Heb. 12:1). So, if you are looking for a place that holds strongly to God's unchanging Word, while at the same time recognizing blue jeans are entirely acceptable attire...give us a try!
